This package is to help bring you back to balance. This option includes three appointments.

  1.  â€‹2 hour session which provides 60 min custom bodywork paired with Cranial Sacral work

  2.  60 min session to make sure your body is not immediately being pulled back in to stress patterns.

  3.  Then an additional 60 min session for either additional bodywork or cranial sacral work depending on need or choice.
